The current concept uses precision laser-cut panels with joints designed to snap together. Flat packing, repeatable fit, and straightforward customer assembly are development targets; final construction is still being tested.

Reduced-scale fire-behavior props are used in hands-on instruction to help firefighters observe fire and smoke behavior and examine the effects of ventilation and tactics.
Emergent 3D is developing the physical flat-pack prop. Training plans, instructor guidance, and lesson resources should come from qualified fire-service training sources.
